Privacy Policy

wood.i is a small Philadelphia woodworking studio. We collect only the information we need to build, deliver, and follow up on your order. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

• Your email address, name, and shipping address — collected by Stripe during checkout and forwarded to us.
• Order details — the items you purchased, sizes, materials, and any custom notes you provided.
• Cart and ZIP-code preferences stored locally in your browser via localStorage (so your cart survives a page refresh).
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — handled by Vercel for hosting and abuse prevention.

• To process and fulfill your order.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and replies.
• To follow up on damages, repairs, or warranty issues.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations as a US-based business.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the studio. Each receives only the data needed to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing and address collection. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Neon — order database (Postgres).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@woodi-bed.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Order records may be retained as required by US tax and accounting law.

We use browser localStorage to remember your cart contents and delivery ZIP between visits. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

wood.i is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
