Returns & Service

Returns at delivery

Every piece is inspected together at the time of delivery. If something isn’t right, we’ll address it immediately or work together to find the best solution.

Because every piece is custom-built to order, we're unable to accept returns after delivery is complete. The inspection at delivery is the moment to flag any issue — we'll work it out on the spot.

Damages and craftsmanship

Every piece leaves our workshop only after passing a complete quality inspection. If a craftsmanship issue appears after delivery, we stand behind our work and will make it right. Wear, accidental damage, or damage caused during use can be repaired for an additional service fee.

Custom orders

Custom sizes, finishes, or Rubio Monocoat colours are non-refundable once production has started. We'll confirm all details with you in writing before any custom build begins.

Out-of-zone deliveries

If your shipping address is outside our 100-mile hand-delivery zone, we'll be in touch within 24 hours of your order to confirm delivery details. Either we'll arrange an alternative (courier or freight at your cost), or we'll refund the order in full. No surprises either way.

Refund process

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Most refunds appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
