Terms of Service

By placing an order through woodi-bed.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

Prices on the site are shown in US dollars and apply at the time you check out. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel an order with a full refund if a clear pricing mistake is discovered. All orders are subject to material availability.

Every piece is built to order in our Philadelphia workshop. Estimated production time is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the project. We'll keep you informed once your build begins.

Because each piece is built specifically for you, full payment is required before production starts. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store card details.

We personally deliver within 100 miles of our Philadelphia workshop, including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. You choose the delivery date and time. Professional in-home assembly is available for an additional $250 and is recommended for larger pieces.

For shipping addresses outside our 100-mile zone, we'll contact you to discuss alternative delivery options (courier or freight at your cost) or refund the order if no arrangement works.

Every piece is inspected together at the time of delivery. If something isn't right, we'll address it immediately or work together to find the best solution. Because each piece is custom-built to order, we are unable to accept returns once delivery is complete.

Custom sizes, finishes, or Rubio Monocoat colours are non-refundable once production starts. We'll confirm all details with you in writing before any custom build begins.

Every piece leaves our workshop only after passing a complete quality inspection. If a craftsmanship issue appears after delivery, we stand behind our work and will make it right. Wear, accidental damage, or damage caused during use can be repaired for an additional service fee.

wood.i warrants its craftsmanship for the lifetime of the piece under normal household use. Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the affected piece at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All photographs, designs, and copy on woodi-bed.com are the property of wood.i. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Philadelphia, PA.
