Returns & service

Returns

Every piece is inspected together at the time of delivery. If something isn’t right, we’ll address it immediately or work together to find the best solution.

Damages & service

Every piece leaves our workshop only after passing a complete quality inspection. If a craftsmanship issue appears after delivery, we stand behind our work and will make it right. Wear, accidental damage, or damage caused during use can be repaired for an additional service fee.

Information

Every wood.i piece is hand-crafted in our Philadelphia workshop from sustainably sourced solid hardwood. Tip: wood furniture changes color with sun exposure over time. A single slab top will develop a deeper, richer tone over the first year — leave the table in one spot and you may notice subtle shifts in color where the surface meets the light.
